Allow early check-in + late-checkout to coexist on same-day turnovers

A host-side option to let a short early check-in (e.g. 1h) and a short late checkout (e.g. 1h) remain available at the same time on same-day turnovers. I'd like either a simple toggle ("allow short-tier coexistence on same-day turnovers"). My two-tier model (1h auto-accept / 2+h approval) was specifically built to monetize both sides of same-day turns safely, but the system prevents it. A 1-hour late checkout combined with a 1-hour early check-in still leaves an ample cleaning window, meaning there is zero operational risk. Business Impact: 1-hour extensions are my highest-converting upsells; suppressing them causes substantial recurring revenue loss across frequent same-day turnovers.
