Affiliate System incl. Dashboard & Monthly Reporting

I’d like to suggest a feature that could bring real value to both your users and Hospitable itself:

➤ Idea:

An integrated affiliate system within Hospitable, similar in structure to the current Owner Statement module.

➤ Key Features:

1. Create and manage affiliate partners (similar to owners):

   • Assign custom commission rates (e.g. 5% of revenue)

   • Each partner receives a unique affiliate code to track referrals

   • Revenue shares are calculated automatically based on booking data

2. Monthly Affiliate Reporting:

   • Automatically generate monthly reports showing bookings, revenue, and affiliate commission

   • Exportable as PDF or CSV for accounting purposes

3. Affiliate Partner Portal (similar to the planned Owner Portal):

   • Partners can log in to a personalized dashboard

   • Real-time access to performance data (referrals, bookings, commission earned)

   • Access to monthly reports with optional filtering tools

➤ Why is this important?

Affiliate marketing has become a key growth channel across industries – especially in the short-term rental space, where co-hosts, influencers, bloggers, and partner networks play a big role.

An integrated affiliate system in Hospitable would:
