Add a UI warning during Direct Basic refunds to inform hosts that Stripe processing fees are non-refundable, helping set clear expectations before confirming the refund.

    It's just a matter of a few lines of code.

    Not much of a feature, rather a UI fix to show the correct text on the confirmation dialog
