This feature would allow users to enter reservation details that are processed outside of their connected accounts, via a form, an API integration to a direct booking website (to be available on our public API), or an iCal import (at a later stage).
Smartbnb would then accordingly send the appropriate messages (per Guest experience and Operations), offer a full-feature interface to interact with those guests via email (Inbox) show those direct reservations assigned to a proeprty (Calendar), and include those to reporting tools (Metrics) and third-party tools (Webhooks, API).
