Add Reservation ID to Subscription Invoices

Improve Hospitable invoices by including the associated Reservation ID as a reference. This would allow hosts to easily match each invoice to the relevant booking when uploading invoices to expense tracking or accounting software, making reconciliation and record-keeping simpler.
