Add properties directly in Hospitable without importing from booking channels

Hi, Jay! Thanks for the detailed feedback. We are working towards this, but we’re not there yet. One of our highest priorities in this area is to become the source of truth on all of your listing data. That’s a major blocker for us creating properties directly from Hospitable. Once that project is wrapped up, hopefully by the end of this quarter, then the only thing blocking us from creating listings from Hospitable are the fraud controls, which is another thing we rely on the booking platforms now. We need to find a way to verify that you are the legal owner/manager of your property, that it exists where you say it does, that the photos are of that property, etc.

I too, have a need to leverage such a feature in Hospitable. I have several properties that I co host, but they are not listed on any site, such as VRBO or AirBnB !

I would definitely like to have this feature available in Hospitable.

I think is very important feature. I just had been hacked on my Airbnb account and had seriously consider to not list with them any more. Moving forward our aim as STR is receive and manage direct booking more and more and cut dependency with the big OTAs is my point of view. Thank you

Along the same lines, it would be tremendously helpful to be able to replicate a current property and edit from there.

I used this setup for some time after the only OTA I managed on this listing removed the property. However, since this feature is not officially supported, the calendar switched to restricted mode. I suppose some adjustments are needed to make it work correctly, but Hospitable is quite close.
