Add Net Payout Widget to Metrics Dashboard
Problem Statement:
- The current Net Revenue widget includes pass-through taxes and excludes channel service fees, making it unsuitable for cash flow prediction
- Hosts cannot easily see their actual payout amounts (what they receive after all deductions) within the Metrics dashboard
- This creates confusion when comparing metrics to actual bank deposits
- Hosts must manually calculate payouts by cross-referencing reservation details with channel payout reports
- This requires switching between Hospitable and OTA host dashboards, which is time-consuming and error-prone
- Hosts cannot accurately predict cash flow from the Metrics dashboard
- Manual reconciliation takes significant time and increases risk of errors
- Difficulty understanding true financial performance at a glance
- Add a "Net Payout" widget to the Metrics dashboard that shows the actual amount hosts receive after all deductions (channel service fees, taxes remitted by Hospitable, etc.)
- Hosts would be able to accurately predict cash flow directly from the Metrics dashboard
- Reduced time spent on manual reconciliation
- Clearer visibility into actual financial performance
