Add more filtering to metrics tab and clean up exported data.

Correct the issue in the metrics tab and with metrics exports: cancelled reservations where the real payout is $0, still shows the full original booking amount when exported and I assume is calculated in the metrics tab.

This affects reporting and integration with clearing.

Also a great improvement would be a filter in the metrics tab for just gross accommodation, and being able to filter in/out taxes, cleaning, etc.
