It would be helpful to add language controls for **Inbox AI escalation messages**, so hosts can configure escalation/fallback replies in different languages instead of relying on one default message.
**Current issue**
Right now, the escalation message is a single saved template. If a host manages guests in multiple languages, the escalation reply may go out in the wrong language for the guest. For example, an English-speaking guest may receive a Spanish escalation message if that is what the host has saved in their AI settings.
**Requested behavior**
Allow hosts to either:
- create escalation messages per language, or
- have Inbox AI automatically translate/use the guest’s detected language when sending the escalation message.
**Why this matters**
Escalation messages are often sent in sensitive situations where AI is handing the conversation back to the host. If the message is in the wrong language, it can confuse guests and make the response feel less professional.
**Suggested setup**
In Inbox AI settings, add a language section for escalation/fallback messages, such as:
- Default escalation message
- English escalation message
- Spanish escalation message
- French escalation message
- etc.
If no language-specific version exists, Hospitable can fall back to the default message.
This would help hosts who manage international guests keep AI replies consistent with the guest’s language.
