Add custom text block to owner portal

It would be great if we could add a custom block to the owner portal. Just a configurable paragraph block like the one I’m typing in right now.

And then the ability to order the blocks that show up on the owner portal. So we could create our own welcome message at the top, or an embedded video that walks them through how to use the portal or introducing ourself, etc.
