Account for Airbnb co-host payouts in Owner Statements

Many hosts rely on Airbnb to pay them, as opposed to Invoicing the owner directly. Account for this in the Reservation commission configuration so that Owner Statements/Invoices are accurate.

Display Airbnb reservations, and mark it as paid by Airbnb, indicating that the Owner does not owe any more for it.
