Ability to set seasonal rates and availability

Please allow for us to add a minimum seasonal rate. For instance go into dynamic pricing and say from November 15th to April 15th the minimum is $99 a night. From April 16th to November 14th the minimum is $129. I am finding that some of the pricing ends up being too low for High Season. but I want to fill in slow. This is essential and does not seem like a big ask. Thank
