It would be much more convenient for hosts to be able to refund an upsell to a guest rather than waiting for admin to do it, which sometimes takes up to 24 hours. Please implement asap!

This would be a great feature as we offer SPA heating and SPA and POOL heating. We have people switching from one to the other quite frequently depending on the weather after they check in or when it gets closer to their check in dates. It would be nice to have a feature to be able to refund the customer by clicking on a refund button for Upsells. Also, sometimes things don’t work out or break and we want to refund the client, giving the option to do a full refund or partial would be amazing!
