I’m not entirely sure why this feature is not available as standard. We are almost back to back with bookings and are finished the turnover before 2pm. We can offer an early check-in every day but your platform doesn’t allow it, essentially stopping us ever being able to offer this.

Hi Lloyd! We do plan to allow for more flexibility here in the future. Many of our customers have asked that if there’s a same day turnover that any early check-in upsells be REQUESTS that you and/or your cleaner must accept, to avoid any last-minute purchases that can’t be honored.
Is this your expectation as well, or would you prefer that it be 100% automated so long as the early check-in is limited in some capacity for same day turns, like allows 2pm as opposed to 12pm?
Any more context you can share about how you handle this today would be helpful! Thanks.

I think the request idea is good solution and probably is the good option but does need a lot of manual intervention. I do think however you should be able to give the option for a straight purchase. A feature where you can request or just offer a straight purchase, that the host can toggle on which suits best, would be the best result.
