Ability to Disable Email Notifications per Property

Add a setting that allows team members to mute or disable email notifications for specific properties. This would be especially helpful for users who are part of a team but are not responsible for every property. Muting properties handled by other teammates would reduce unnecessary email noise while ensuring notifications remain enabled for properties they actively manage.
