3-day notification

I have one property and two cleaners assigned to different roles (Cleaning and Check-out). I want to set up an automated 3-day reminder text for cleaning tasks that ONLY goes to the specific person assigned to that task on the timeline. Right now, because Scheduled Reminders only look at Roles and not Task Assignees, both cleaners get texted 3 days before check-out regardless of who is assigned.

Can you please look at my account and tell me how to send a 3-day check-out text reminder that strictly targets the Assigned Teammate for that specific task without double-notifying my entire team?
