Noise level monitoring solutions for short term rentals. NoiseAware monitors the noise levels and notifies the host about high noise levels detected on the property. This integration would allow hosts to inform guests about high noise levels detected during their stay and put a quick stop to the unwanted parties on the property.

Vivint smartlock integration

Smartlock and security solutions provider. In relation with our announced Smartlock integration, we would like to consider an integration between Smartbnb and Vivint, for Smartbnb to create codes for guests, retrieve that codes, and report back to Smartbnb when the guest has checked in or checked out of the property.

Operto integration

Keyless entry solutions and noise and occupancy monitoring. This integration would allow to communicate the reservation data to Operto automatically and share the reservation specific access code with your guests in your automatic messages. This would also give visibility to the host about the check-in/out status. The noise and occupancy alerts can additionally be tied to automatic messages, letting the guest know when high noise and occupancy levels are detected at the property during the guest's stay.

LuggageHero integration

Luggage hero provides luggage storage sites in more than 35 cities worldwide. The integration would enable hosts to send the personal luggage storage link to their guests automatically and receive updates from LuggageHero about luggage drop off and pick up times.

Ring Integration

Create an integration with Ring to allow: 1) Alarms to be armed / disarmed based on guest schedules. Just like the thermostat feature where you can set a temp for the house when it is not rented, you can have the alarm turned on automatically when the home is not rented and off when it is. 2) Ring Camera integration. Ring allows you to schedule when the cameras send you alerts.
